Dang Good Smokehouse & Bar-B-Que

Note: If you're from the South, this is a four star restaurant, but for Southern food in Wyoming, it's five for sure. Don't let the outside fool you. Give it a try.The brisket is as good as anything I've had in Texas. The ribs were maybe a little dry but still soft and flavorful. The fried catfish was crispy and light, but the fries were a little too brown and soggy, though still tasty. The beans were seasoned and the macncheese was gooey and yummy.They have pretty good sweet tea!We'll be back to try some of the many other menu items. I suspect they will be good.

Such a great spot to eat! They call it the shack, everyone is headed to the shack... Such good food. Smoked Brisket and the loaded potato casserole yummmm. Southern dishes too like Gumbo or Jambalaya... You got to try it!

Quick journey from Salt Lake to get some dam good bbq. Such a nice family owned restaurant. So much food for $27 😋

Not that dang good! Had to walk through the kitchen to use the only bathroom! Hole in the floor where the tub used to be.Won't be going back....lots of fat in the brisket.

Best ribs I’ve had in a while and the service was fast. They threw in some free brisket because it was towards the end of the day and they didn’t want it going to waste.

This little hole in the wall BBQ restaurant is actually really good! I had the two meat platter with three sides. Pulled pork was amazing, brisket was very good, the salad was small but excellent and the home cut fries were also excellent. My wife had the cat fish, some of the best she’s had. The fried shrimp were average. Highly recommend!!

First off, I’d like to state that I’ve never once written a bad review, but this needs to be addressed. About a month ago I booked Dang Good BBQ to cater my wedding for June 20, 2020. We had to put down a $300 deposit, but when I decided to cancel 10 months in advance, the owner Rachel, was completely rude and not willing to work with me. When my fiancé called she said she would not give us our deposit back because she told us there was a contract and she already had to turn people down for that day, however she never had us sign a contract. She still refuses to give us the deposit back, so now I’m out $300. If you decide to book with them and need to cancel for any reason you will not get your money back.

Best original southern cooking by real southern family that take great pride in there heritage and food authentic dishes. And with the most relaxing and origanal old sothern cook shack that you will ever see so far west from where they all are from. It is something great . Some of the best food i have ever had I highly recommend it it if you are a fan of down south B.B.Q !!!

I love this place. The food is on point. The meat is perfect and moist. The salads and side are great too. The owners are very nice. Southern Hospitality from Arkansas. Give it a try.

Service was excellent! There was so much food that my husband and I will probably share next time. I loved the ranch dressing with the salad. We will definitely go back.
